Did you ever hear of anyone having a problem unloading them?

After Britain is conquered, I plan on going there to put them back into circulation.:wink:

I have sold some in the past, and never had a problem doing so. Sovereigns are widely recognized and accepted as a common gold coin.

Never happen EVEN Ian Fleming wrote in his JAMES BOND books that JAMES as one of his needed gadgets - had 20 English Sovereigns in his MONEY belt he carried 24/7. :rolleyes_m:

Imagine when gold hits $6,000.00 an ounce and you are carrying around five ounces in your belt X $6,000 = you could almost buy a BEAMER (on old used one however). :rolleyes_m:

I've been buying sovereigns and those old South African 2 Rand coins. Same weight, I always figured they minted them to compete with sov's back in post-WWII.
